We are looking for a Tech Lead to join the team and work with us to support our technical vision and lead the building of the rest of the engineering team and support our growth.

🚀About the role

Work in sync with CTO to:

  • Build the MVP up to production for the beta phase
  • Make robust decisions about the code architecture and conventions
  • Prepare the ground for incorporating new developers (potentially less senior) into the team: enforce good practices, build documentation, choose the right tooling
  • Understand, model and challenge the business logic behind Business Process Orchestration to craft a (really) innovative solution

  • Backend: .NET Core API ( + MVC for the backoffice)
  • React with Typescript for the front
  • PostgreSQL & Redis for the data layer

  • You have 5+ years experience as a software engineer
  • You're comfortable defining outstanding technical architecture
  • A good eye for design and focused on the user-experience

  • You're comfortable working in a small, decentralized and agile team
  • You balance high-quality code with a pragmatic focus on delivery

The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, loves to build MVPs from scratch and knows how to use customer’s insights to ship the best product and iterate on it.

It is someone who loves to see things through from start to finish, who's extremely curious & who is able to learn quickly from their mistakes.

  • You’ll own the construction of new user journeys from scratch. We’ll give you the freedom and tools to bring your absolute best.

  • You’ll be responsible for prioritizing customers' pains and drivers to deliver the most valuable features and experiences for all user types.

  • You'll turn painful use case experiences into delightful experiences

  • You'll build an ambitious roadmap for the product aligned internally with all stakeholders and aligned to client's needs

  • You'll Keep a constant eye on your success metrics and find ways to optimize user satisfaction and your business KPIs through our product

  • You've worked at least 5 years in Product Management
  • You are very user oriented, making users happy is your reason to wake up in the morning!
  • You have a passion for building delightful user experiences and nice UIs
  • You are very analytical and obsessed by optimization
  • You are curious and eager to learn, especially about supply chain and operations
  • Your communication skills are incredible, you tell the best stories
  • You have experience working in startup, with the strong organizational skills that come with that environment
  • You have some understanding of our tech stack: Stackshare
